House Plans

Well, it has been a month and I haven't had time to sit with the girls and write anything for the blog yet.  I told them about it, and they both expressed tepid enthusiasm for the project.  But, that is the extent of our progress.

In the meantime, we made some tremendous progress on our house planning, and now having final plans from the builders.  We signed a contract last Thursday and the builder should be signing today.  In approximately one month, we will close on the land portion of the transaction and get a construction-to-perm loan for the project.  There isn't much for us to do between now and then.
